Nutmeg spiced butternut squash in hand crafted Edinbane free range egg ravioli, pickled shallots, toasted pumpkin seeds and a creamy mushroom sauce

Smoky bacon wrapped ballotine of turkey stuffed with white pudding, confit turkey leg bon-bon, chipolatas and turkey gravy

Scottish pork belly, rolled and slow roasted with Aran mustard and heather honey. Leek mashed potato, apple purée and Scottish cider sauce

Pan seared fillet of cod, Orkney cheddar and chive sauce, Edinbane poached egg and buttered baby potatoes

Filo pastry of chestnut mushroom, leek and Scottish brie, creamy mashed potato and port reduction
