The Edinbane Inn is located in the quiet village of Edinbane, at the head of Loch Greshornish, on the Isle of Skye.
Originally built as a farmhouse, we have attempted to retain some of the traditional characteristics whilst renovating our bar. A warming stove and open fire, exposed stone walls, and a friendly atmosphere greet visitors and locals alike.
As well as the usual array of bar drinks available, we pride ourselves on the quality of our Real Ales from the Isle of Skye Brewery, Hand Pump Cider and Fine Wines.
Although we’ve only been open for a couple of years, our restaurant is gaining a strong reputation for producing beautiful food at a reasonable price. Our chefs are passionate about the world class quality of the local produce, and our informal atmosphere allows diners to relax and enjoy our own brand of traditional and innovative cuisine.
Tap Your Feet
We consider ourselves to be Skye’s premier ‘bar venue’ for traditional music. With a handful of musicians amongst our staff, and many more living locally, both arranged and impromptu traditional music sessions are commonplace.
To be guaranteed music, come along — with your instruments, if you play — on Sundays 4.00pm to 6.00pm.
